On Healing

A Notion helped me survive storms.
Let me treat it kindly and sheath it.

No body, no logic, no lineage, no creed
Just firm faith and a beacon of hope.
The Notion knew all my selves and need
And ensured all my future morrows.

Let the fates never question or judge – ever,
What keeps the lost ones walking
They who seek, themselves know not
Till the storms pass and peace reigns.

How many such Notions exist in people
How many souls could heal and soothe
Succor, life, peace and calm within reach…
Let Notions reign and be shared.

A Notion helped me survive storms.
Let me treat it kindly and sheath it.
