Winter Is an Uninvited Guest

Winter tiptoes at my window
I lie naked on the marble floor
Legs widespread radiating
Rage of passion, but
Body full of remorse.

I violate my body,
In pursuit of emancipation
Feel disgusted at the
Sight of my hands
My mouth tastes
Of white blood, sour!

Pleasure, the whip of power
Bruises my body, blue
At this point–
Winter is an uninvited guest
In search of a morbid body
For a mortuary, en route.
