Some Happenchance Bliss

The bulky Keats was sitting on the stand
lovingly bought from a first hand
resting there for a season almost
between productivity how-tos, tucked and lost
Guilty was my heart
and my hands to its relief
did reach the shelf
turning open a random leaf
to find a verse so resonating with my belief
that it reached my deep self
it spoke of times and ages passed by
days that were slow yet full
It’s bliss to find a poem by someone
with notions that are so akin.
