Ink Revolution: Artist Sketches Young India’s Voices of Resistance

Yesterday, on February 7, thousands of young men and women from all over the country marched from Red Fort to the Parliament street to protest the ongoing employment crisis and privatisation and saffronisation of educational institutions. As they marched along the route shouting Inquilab Zindabad and Halla Bol, Delhi-based artist Pariplab Chakraborty captured their anger and distress in these sketches.

Pariplab Chakraborty is a 22-year-old artist and documentary filmmaker based in New Delhi. Find him on Twitter @pariplabv, Instagram @pariplab_chakraborty and Facebook.
